Sengsangouane Chanthavong is the Deputy Director General of the Department of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Lao PDR. He is responsible for managing civil aviation activities, including the development of policies, laws, regulations, and technical standards. Sengsangouane has extensive experience in managing and supervising airport improvement projects across Laos. Additionally, he is a key team member in the development of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project for Luang Prabang International Airport (LPIA).
