Profile

John Leber is a Senior Investment Officer with IFC's PPP Transaction Advisory team based in Bangkok, Thailand. John has advised clients on the development, structuring and implementation of PPP transactions in the transport, power, logistics and healthcare sectors in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa. In Southeast Asia, he has recently worked on PPP projects for Luang Prabang International Airport in Lao PDR, Manila’s Light Rail Transit 1 and Light Rail Transit 2 systems, Philippine’s Cancer Hospital, Cambodia Logistics Center, and the divestiture of Srilankan Airways.
