His leadership background includes roles as Deputy Minister of Industrial Services & Board Member, CEO of Saudia Cargo, CEO of Aircraft Accessories & Components Company, and COO at Health Water Bottling Co. Johar is recognised for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational performance, and growing diverse team dynamics across the region.
