Profile

Yasar works as a sustainable aviation manager based in ICF's London office, supporting governments, international organizations, and private companies across the world in their aviation decarbonization efforts, with an emphasis on Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). He is utilizing his skills and experience in chemical engineering, strategy development and policy design to provide services ranging from providing SAF market intelligence and conducting due diligence assessments to emerging SAF facilities, to building and implementing SAF strategies and policies for airlines, government agencies and fuel producers. He had the privilege to work with various airports in developing their SAF strategy, and SAF incentive mechanisms. Yasar holds a MSc. Environmental Technology degree from Imperial College London.
