Peter is a partner of PAS Advisory Partners, which he founded in 2022 to provide independent advice in the transport & infrastructure sectors. He previously worked in transport investment banking for over 25 years with HSBC, RBS / ABN AMRO, Macquarie and VTB Capital. He has advised on over 20 completed cross-border airport deals valued at over US$50 billion in EMEA, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region. These include the Ferrovial consortium’s acquisition of BAA plc, the restructuring and modernisation of Mumbai and Delhi Airports and the cornerstone / IPO of Beijing Capital International Airport.
