Profile

Xavier Hürstel born in 1969, is a graduate of SciencesPo Paris and the University of Paris-Dauphine, and a former student of the ENA (National School of Administration). He spent fifteen years of his career serving the French Government (Ministry of Finance, French Representation to the European Union in Brussels, advisor to several Ministers of Economy, Finance and Budget, advisor to the Prime Minister). In 2008, he joined the PMU as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and, in 2014, became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, he then joined the Sopra Steria consulting and technology group as Executive Director. In January 2020, he joined Groupe ADP as Deputy CEO in charge of coordinating development operations across all the group's activities and entities. He sits on the Executive Committee.
